Handling customer inquiries through telephone, e-mail and/or walk-in clients Administrative tasks Monthly sales reporting, Invoicing etc. Advanced knowledge in SABRE GDS. Main tasks : Flight availability and quotation, PNR Creation, Fare rules checking, Reissuance/Rebooking/Rerouting computation, In-flight requests, Frequent Flyer input, Seat Assignment, Airport assistance, Timatic checking for transit visas on connecting flights. International & Domestic tour costing and quotation (FIT packages) Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia etc. Aggressive selling for GIT (Group International Tours) all-in packages for Korea, Japan, Turkey, Holyland, Europe etc Collective tour Hands-on Visa assistance, checking and filing (Korea, Japan, China, Schengen states etc.) Handling Non-IATA Sub-agents : These are travel agencies who are not accredited to issue tickets on GDS. Rakso is considered as a Tour Operator or Service provider for this market as we cater their inquiries from tickets, tours, visas and a basic travel agency must need. PSA of Star Cruises/Genting Cruise/World Dream Cruise – handling cruise bookings for DP/TA
