I've been with BPO industry for 7 years now preferably on telecommunication type of account such as cable, internet, home phone and mobile service. I was an intern supervisor for 6 months - I was not able to write a contract as a supervisor because our account closed and I changed company. I manage 20 agents in my team which were new hires so it was a little bit challenging for a supervisor trainee like me. Though this develop my skills in managing people and develop them to their potential by identifying their best asset and skills then provide them task that will hasten it, and coach them as a touch base on how they are doing so far. In my current job, I am with healthcare insurance handling Over 65 plans, which just develop and extend my patience, and made more open minded in doing my everyday task and dealing people around me.
