I have been a Call Center Agent since 2016 and I have been with 3 companies now. In the year 2016, I was a reservation specialist in Interglobe Technologies from April to December, I stayed for 8 months with IGT. I book plane tickets for domestic which is within US only but most of the time I handled flight rescheduling for delayed flights. And then year 2017, I was a Technical Support in VXI Global Solutions, I handled Comcast account an internet, phone and cable company, so basically we just fix their internet, phone and cable connection and we are selling too, we have sales quota that we need to meet. And now I am currently working in Optum, it is a healthcare insurance company for UnitedHealth Group. I am responsible for giving the information that the providers need such as the benefits, coverage of the member's plan, creating referrals, creating authorization for a certain procedure and I am handling claims too. I love what I am doing now with Optum it is just that they are releasing human like robots now and I think my current company has a plan on having one and I know they can afford that. I just want to be prepared just in case that they are going to buy robots already.
