I am interested to apply in a position that will enhance my skills and background in Hospitality and BPO industry. As you will note from my enclosed resume, I have both relevant education and experiences. I have a degree in Marketing and a Diploma in Culinary Arts and Technological Management. I also went to France to study French cuisine and had my internship in Le Chabichou, a two Michelin star restaurant in Courchevel France. My work experiences includes, working in one of Alain Ducasse’s restaurant, Benoit Bistro in New York. I was also a Sous Chef in an Italian restaurant, Lombardi’s Authentic Italian located in the Philippines. I was the head of the three branches of Lombardi’s. As the head, I did the Food Costing of all the Menus, created a Standardized recipe guide to ensure the quality of our dishes, Menu Planning and manpower training. I am also knowledgeable when it comes to Food Safety and Sanitation, Market List and Inventory. I was able to maintain a low food costs during my entire stay with the company. Aside from that, I also became an Executive Chef/Consultant for 19th Hole Grill and Bar and also Chef’s Bistro before coming in New York. I worked as a Head Chef of a French Bistro in Singapore for three years. You can also see in my enclosed resume that I have related experiences as a CSR/TSR and also an Executive Admin for 3 years.
