I have been working for almost 20 years now - directly and indirectly related to the customer service industry. Through the years, i have discovered that some of my greatest fears have helped me improved and developed my skills. I am a very shy in person but with the years of working and trainings involved, i have overcome it. The experiences have helped me become more confident of myself especially handling stressful events. Being involved in the customer related industry has helped me to always think of being in the shoes of the customer. This, in fact also helped me apply it to social interactions in attaining a harmonious environment.
