Prior to that I was an executive assistant to the CEO of the company I am working for. I basically became a 2nd version of him. I manage his calendars and appointments. Making sure that he meets his obligations and schedules. I set up appointments and interviews for him. Take notes of meeting conversations. File and keep documents securely. I worked with the different departments in the company so I can report back to him the progress of his company. also with logistics departments, processing shipments and customs transactions. Also worked with his financial files and obligations. Spoke with different financial and insurance companies. Arrange medical visits. Work on his travels and accommodations. He trusted me enough to sign documents in his absences. I tracked his finances both personal and business accounts. Manage billings and all. I have worked in the BPO for more or less 9 yrs now. Handled different line of businesses, from customer sevice to technical support to collections agent.
