After completing my studies I worked part-time as a Freelance Computer Technician. My responsibilities in this role included providing face-to-face customer service. Then I have decided to apply to a BPO company to get a stable job that can help my family with financial support and gain experience. This position has given me key employable skills while also allowing me to experience working in a professional and fast-paced work environment.

Worked for four years in a Chat/Phone customer service environment providing answers to questions or inquiries and solving issue related with Software and devices. Responsibilities as representative included Inbound/outbound phone calls and assisting customers with phone-based inquiries.
