I have been working in the customer service industry for 7 years. I have handled several accounts from billing to online proctoring. I handled both voice and non-voice accounts. I am exposed to admin tasks during my managerial years. I was promoted as a team supervisor and also as an assistant campaign manager. Both positions give me a lot of experience in doing data entry, analysis, presentation, scheduling, and tickets. The late last year 2020, I was able to get a VA job for a client that has a cleaning company. I was scheduling customers who wanted to clean their house and partner it with our available employees. I was also doing data entry for the receipts and labor hours. I am knowledgeable with Excel, Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Slack, Trello, Air Table, Zendesk, and open phone. I am very detail-oriented and always willing to push myself in everything that I do.
