In more than 3 years, I have provided general office support for a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced aircraft Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) company which includes but not limited to managing phone calls, data entry, distribution of correspondence, filing, scheduling, monitoring, preparation of presentation, email management, and financial-related transactions such as cash requisitions, liquidations, reimbursement, travel reports/expenses.

I was also assigned as Training Coordinator which includes requisition, monitoring, and updating of trainings using various spreadsheet tools, and coordination with a variety of departments and involved personnel.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Google Workspace, cloud storage, with basic photo/video editing skills, research, other computer tools, and with solid oral and written communication skills.

I'm inclined to handling administrative tasks but I am also open and willing to explore new tasks/skills.
