I have more than eight years of BPO experience. My most recent job was being a customer service representative for Amazon from June 2021 to August 2021. During my stay in Amazon, I specialized in providing customer service, assisting customers with the return process, and process refunds.
From April 2018 until January 2021, I worked as a healthcare advisor for Aetna based health insurance company). I assisted providers or medical practitioners in verifying their patients' benefits, eligibility, and claims.
My prior BPO years also included my experience working as a Tier 2 technical and chat support for Intuit Quicken from May 2014 to March 2017. Intuit Quicken is a personal finance software that lets people manage their finances and track their banking transactions. In addition to that, it's a sister company of Intuit QuickBooks.
I also worked with Intuit TurboTax (a tax preparation software) from December 2013 to March 2014. It was my very first experience handling customer service.
