I worked as a product Analyst for 2 years for a Amazon FBA seller. Prior to working homebased I was in a BPO Industry as a Customer Service Associate for phone, emails and mails. Working for BPO companies for 8 years helped me gain advantage in acquiring skills required to get the job done efficiently. I am well versed with Google Docs and sheets also with MS Office, mainly Docs and Excel. I also have proper training with CRM with Salesforce.
