I was an experienced customer service representative for a call center, I have worked for a logistics company for 4 years and started as a domestic CSR for US and Australian customers and then I was promoted to an international agent. I handled customer queries from packaging an item, shipping a package, scheduling a pick up, tracking them up until the delivery.

After working there I decided to work in Qatar, I have worked for a Telecommunications Company for 2 years. I was part of a team who manages an offshore call center who caters to customers who are in Qatar, I also manage their escalations. I have also worked for an IT company as a business coordinator.
