I have been working as a Medical Underwriter in Dubai United Arab Emirates for 4 years. I was mainly responsible for reviewing and evaluating new applications, completing detailed risk assessments, and maintaining and organizing all relevant documents and records. On top of that, I communicated with potential clients, processed insurance approvals, insurance claims, policies, terms and conditions and other credentials. Prior to that, I also worked as a Relationship officer in another Financial Institution for 1 year. I spent most of my work handling customer inquiries, processing loans and credit cards. As a result of these experiences, I am able to quickly build confidence with prospects, customers, and internal team members and have a specialized insight into their experiences during each step of the sales and services process I am a self-starter, detail oriented and have broad knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word Mail Merge, Google Spreadsheet, Google Calendar and appointment setting.
