Before I engaged with BPO industries , I took my On-the-Job Training in Monark Equipment for a year and started to work at Robinsons Department as Secretary and got promoted to become a Supervisor at Handyman located in Elizabeth Mall. After I decided to resigned from Handyman, I decided to venture my career in Freelancer for 5years. I become a Administrative Assistance for some project which engage in installation of generators and control panel in SM, Ayala , some establishments located in IT Park Cebu and I was able to travel abroad for installation of generators in Aden Steel Company. After doing some freelancer jobs, I decided to apply in Cebu SouthCentral Hardware as Warehouse Inventory for 6months. I started my work in BPO industries way back 2013. My first BPO company is Qualfon Phils Cebu, I stayed there for 3 yrs and 9 months. Next is Convergys (now Concentrix) , I stayed there for a year and half. My recent BPO is ePerformax Contact Center and BPO, I was with the company for 2 years and 9 months.
