I began my career as a crew in a Fast Food Chain when I was still studying BS Architecture as a part time job. This trained me to interact with other people with diverse culture. This also allowed me to understand process order management and even did cashiering. After that, I also applied for Customer Support which handles phone, dual chat and responding to emails. These different support channels gave me the opportunity to improve my communication skills, listening skills, analyzing issues and be able to provide resolution.
