Been with a BPO company for 4 years now. I've been a customer representative for 8months and promoted to be a Reports Analyst until now. Doing analytics, pivot tables, graphs and excel formulas is my job for the past 3 years. Being in a reporting team is not easy especially on critical analytics that needs to communicate on the operations accurately since the competition on a BPO company relies on their performance. Experienced the pressure for a long time and improved myself as a Reporting Analyst.
