I started working as a freelancer in 2015 as a Social Media Management Assistant for a US-based social media marketing company and a General Virtual Assistant for several clients. After almost 3 years, in 2018, I started venturing into Influencer Marketing and worked for a Europe-based stationery company as an Influencer Marketing and Customer Support Specialist. On a daily basis, I research, outreach, and negotiate with micro and macro-influencers on Instagram and YouTube to grow the company's social media presence & answer customer concerns and inquiries through a Shopify helpdesk app. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, the company decided to work with in-house employees only.

I am working as a Technical Sourcer internally at for over a year now sourcing and inviting high-quality freelancers to IT-related jobs on the platform. I create Boolean search strings based on job posts then screen freelancer profiles to come up with a group of relevant talents I can recommend to clients.
