My experience being a Customer Service Representative (non-voice account) is I set their appointments, I handle their problems and solve it. Non voice is communicating through chat or email and not require to receive and answer calls. It’s like what I am doing as a Virtual Assistant. But in VA, I make calendar, tracking orders, making phone calls, making travel arrangements and managing email accounts. We manage some different social media accounts like facebook, instagram, twitter, tiktok, messenger and pinterest. But the service that I offer as a Social Media Manager before is Engagement and Community Management. Because I do have an experience in Customer Chat Support.
