My first work experience was an Online English teacher for 5years which made me realized that I've been teaching for so long and I want to go out of comfort zone and this is where my BPO journey started. In 2015, I went to Manila and got interviewed in a Financial Institution in US and luckily got hired as Fraud Analyst. It's been a challenging first time but worthwhile as I have learned how to multi-task, to be a logical thinker and to be a problem solver. After 2 years got promoted to be in Escalations and stayed for 3 years. In 2018, I decided to go back home and currently employed in an Australian Telco Account wherein I handle irate customers for billing disputes, do basic troubleshooting and collections such as payment arrangements and bill extensions. A year after I got upskilled to be in Chat Support and assist customers who has billing concerns, complex issues, delivery & order issues and payment concerns.
