Working as an office administrator in our car dealership family business, is where I learn my skills be a Rockstar Virtual Assistant. I am capable of using email, MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and Google (Sheet, Docs, Slides). I am also knowledgeable in Canva for graphic some design work and Facebook for marketing.
Furthermore, I have four years of experience in BPO. I used to be a Collection Specialist in a sub-prime credit card company and a Customer Care Representative for a records storage management. Both required making calls. For the second company, I also do emails and handled chat support.
