I am currently employed as a freelance Business Development Officer in a leasing company. My main responsibility is finding potential tenants for ongoing projects (commercial leasing). Part of my job description is also to research various brands, organizations, and individuals (mainly through social media) to identify new leads and potential markets. I'm also responsible for maintaining open lines of communication with previous clients (both the lessor and the lessee).
