I started off my career in BPO Industry at Taskus. I have been working with them for 8 years now where I assign to different tasks like doing content moderator, receipt, and menu transcriptionist where I transcribe restaurant menu data, from source (PDF, image, website) into data in the system., also doing email support where I'm very familiar using zendesk. In that role, I've been able to learn google slides, google docs and google spreadsheets. I may not be the most experienced person but I do believe that I've already gained the skills and competencies in any position. My exposure to different campaigns has improved my skills.
