I worked in a BPO industry for more than 7 years and started as Customer Service Representative in Eperformax and was handling the biggest online shopping in the whole world (eBay), we received calls from the customers based in North America and usually they are sellers calling us why their account got restricted or cancelled and reasons might be not following the community standards of the account. I also have experience for 3 years as a billing analyst in one of the largest telecommunication in the UK (BT) wherein we are receiving calls and emails from the UK customers asking why they have a massive bills and explain it to them. After being a billing analyst, I got promoted as one of the Quality Analyst in the largest social media account in the world (FB). I do reports, RCA, huddles, coaching and feedback and other admin tasks for a year and hopped on a Team Lead Role after that for 2 years in a Medical Devices account. I also do huddles, coaching and feedback and also reports but more on agents side. Pandemic came and going to the office is really hassle so I tried my luck in freelancing industry and was able to land a job as an Appointment Setter in a real estate business for 1+ years. That's all my work experience.
