I have been in the BPO industry for 5 years and most of my experience is with Sales and Technical assistance handling inbound/outbound calls, massive email tickets, and multiple chat concurrences. With these experiences, I have learned it all boils down to one main skill: Customer Service.

Providing a great customer experience is tough but with all the knowledge, skills, and experiences that I have, I know that I can continue providing a great customer experience. I am a detail-oriented person with the ability to multi-task. I am goal-driven and it has been proven as I was promoted to Tier 2 and awarded as Top Agent. I always meet my KPI as well.
