Senior Recruiter / Admin Research (Amazon) PSG Global Solutions | 2016 - present

Creates new hire events in Salesforce for Amazon Candidates, matching events to specific sites, requisitions, and schedules based on the Amazon Staffing team's request. We also use public text templates with specific event details and instructions when creating the events. We currently support North America, Mexico, and MENA. Processed termination for Amazon Candidates who did not show up for their new hire events. This is done to ensure that they are eligible for immediate rehire and are able to reschedule their appointments. Tools used in this work type are Salesforce HVH (for scheduled appointments, arrival status, application details, and candidate details) , Salesforce Yeti/WFS (tracking system), PeoplePortal (candidate employment status and history), and MyTime (candidate timecards). Sourced resumes of qualified candidates for specific job orders, using job boards (Craigslist, Indeed, LinkedIn) and the applicant tracking system (Salesforce). Supported several audit types, correcting candidate's statuses and checking for completion and status of requirements. Audits were done in Salesforce.
