I have 3years and 11 months experience in a call center. I worked as an CSR in Conduent Philippines under a Healthcare Account for 2 years and 4 months. My responsibilities are making sure that customer's insurance is activated, processing of claims, validating receipts from medical institutions like hospitals,clinics and pharmacies. It also includes online payments. And before I left the company I was promoted as Subject Matter Expert. So there's an additional tasks given to me like answering escalation calls if ever the customer request to talk to a supervisor and admin tasks like sending attendance reports and coaching the agents. Then I took a better opportunity by applying in Teletech as TSR for a Telco account,and here what I mainly do is trouble shoot internet and landline issue. It also includes online payments and basic email troubleshooting.
