I have worked as a customer service agent in one of the call centers in the Philippines and have served numerous customers from the I do believe that customer loyalty is very important in every business. Hence, it is necessary for customers to be given the excellent and best service they deserve. I was trained to create and complete ticket transactions, do technical checks, handle calls efficiently, and adhere to quality guidelines to ensure that customers are provided with the highest quality of service. In addition, I am very proficient when it comes to chat support, email support, phone and tech support. Aside from these things, I have developed other skills which I learned from the University, which I believe would be of great help in accomplishing projects. Throughout my six years of experience in the BPO industry, I have been proficient in handling various customer complaints and providing resolutions to different issues, including the most complicated ones. I have developed essential skills such as patience, critical thinking, motivation, accountability, empathy, adaptability, and perseverance. I am very effective in time management which makes me able to graduate from College amidst challenging situations while working at the same time. Customer satisfaction is my ultimate goal in every transaction that I do. I am very willing to learn new knowledge about various products. I believe that equipping myself with full comprehension of the products, is one of the ways that would enable me to provide great customer service.
