My most recent work experiences, I was a Liaison Officer from Maxicare HealthCare for almost 3 years. As a LO my duties and responsibilities are to ensure that the patient knows what are the benefits they can use on their hospitalization. On pre pandemic 2018-2019, I was assigned in St. Lukes Hospital BGC, Taguig one of the Top Hospital here in PH. I, the one who coordinated to the provider/hospital for each patients admitted in their facility in regards of the patient's eligibility and maximum benefit limit. I visited the patient in their room to make sure that they are comfortably and at peace with their hospitalization. All queries are all attended even if I'm already at home. During pandemic 2020, still LO but in work from home set up no physical contact with the patient but still all concerns in regards of the patients eligibility are well coordinated with the patients as well as with the provider. I resigned from my position due to calling of being a Nurse. I resigned last April 2021 and started to review for Nursing Licensure Exam which I just took this month.
