I worked as a Virtual Assistant / Executive Administrative Assistant providing support functions to the owner of 2 small US Based businesses specializing in real estate brokerage and legal document preparation services for about 7 months. I have the experienced in Drafting and Filing of Business License Reports and Documents through Zipform, Docusign and Adobe PDF & Acrobat Power Point. I have knowledge using Multiple Listing Services (MLS), MS Picture Manager, Teamviwer, and basic knowledge of Wordpress. I have the ability to provide tech support services and troubleshoot around these types of application.

I worked as a Virtual Assistant in Dropshipping business doing listing, processing orders and doing customer service (email) in Amazon and arbitrage. I also have experience in Ebay. I have experience in Ecommerce/Dropshipping for a year.

I worked as a Customer Service Representative for 6 months, inbound calls, it's an international account. I was dealing with professionals - professors and students regarding their online course. I also have the experienced as a telemarketer for 2 months, calling prospective clients regarding renewing their loans etc. I specialize in delivering quality service with respect of strict deadlines and high expectations. I am equipped with a dedicated home office complete of a computer, copier/scanner and color printer. I am pretty flexible with respect to working hours. Time ought to be loved, so deadlines must be strictly submitted on time and should be reviewed first many times just to aim your high expectations. Though I am still a beginner here but I am willing undergo training and the things that I developed and learned from my previous work, I will continue to apply and improve more. I possess the self-discipline and time management skills necessary to have served as Customer Service Representative for the past year. I served for 18-months as a full-time missionary in our church wherein dealt with different types of people and leading a group of missionaries as well in a zone. The attributes I developed here is how to be more patient and strict on time schedules too. I learned to have a good communication skills with different types of people. I also have experienced as a sales agent as my part-time job during my college years. or I'm teachable person and I'm open to new learning experiences.
