Previously worked as a customer care representative for almost 5 years, delivering results to customers via emails and phone calls. Ensuring that we can give quality customer service assistance in every queries that we handle regardless of what type of customer we encounter. Aside from working on inquiries relevant to the rewards program, customer's account, orders, and digital movies, I'm also assigned to fraud investigations, that requires speed and accuracy. I am knowledgeable as well in Photoshop and creating layout designs as well through Canva. In addition, I can also do transcriptions and I'm still open in learning more skills.
