My name is Jecelyn and I am a Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration. I have worked as a Technical Engineer that supports hotel's network equipment issues remotely and guest's devices connections via phone support. I was a Technical Support for 4 years with Microsoft Xbox through chat which I dealt with customers worldwide and assist them with connectivity, accounts and billing concerns. I was a Customer Support that handles accounts, billing and warranties for customer's devices. I handled payroll account and is familiar with Intuit and Quickbooks for both online and desktop interface.
I have above knowledge in Google Docs and Sheets, Microsoft word, Excel, and Power point and Microsoft apps. I have a knowledge with Intuit and Quickbooks for payroll. I have hardware and software skills for computers and mobile devices and has a basic knowledge with troubleshooting. I am familiar with networking connectivity for servers (Nomadix, Mikrotik, Valuepoint), controllers (Ruckus ZD, CISCO, HP) and switches (Aruba, Netgear, etc.)
I love challenges. Even how stressful the job is, I know how to be self-motivated. Always have a positive outlook on different aspects. I am goal oriented and have determination in hitting my target as it's like hitting my success.
