Good Day! I'm a Customer and Technical Support Specialist with 6 years of experience providing phone, email and chat support for customers across the United States for all business of all sizes.
I provide top quality support for customers for various issues related to setting internet connection, cable & phone connections, funding reconciliation, billing, equipment replacements, transaction requests such as refunds, cancellation of the order, reimbursement, and a lot more admin tasks.
Until I become a Freelancer with 3 years of experience, I was a general VA that supports cold calling, appointment setting's on a Real Estate Firm. Later on, I became a Transaction Coordinator that oversee the buyer and seller purchase agreement from Listing to Closing transactions.
