I've been in the BPO industry for over 3 years, and have developed excellent communication skills and fully understood how important it is to deliver outstanding customer service. My role includes direct interaction with different types of customers. I've been a virtual assistant, where I learned how to do basic order taking, email and chat support, and job posting. I have also been a technical support on a telecommunication company, doing activation to walking through customers with the set-up of their connections. Lastly, I've been a billing specialist with a telecom/cable company, handling customer concerns from paying bills to solving bill disputes.
I take my work very seriously, and I'm always looking to improve my skills. Also, I want to venture out and learn new skills so that I can work to the highest standard possible in a given role.
