I have at least 10 years of experience in the Customer Service field. I used to work with Lexmark International as Key Account Specialist. I managed customer contracts from different parts of the world and ensure we maintain a strong relationship with them. My job required strong planning and organizational skills coupled with an in-depth analytical approach to problem management. In addition, my tasks included customer data analysis, order management, report creation, and process improvement. With this, I have gained an advance exposure to Microsoft applications like Excel, Word, Office and Powerpoint, Google Sheet, Excel Online and other applications like SAP and Oracle. I have also gone through REI basic training, has experience in skiptracing and cold calling.
