Responsibilities For HR admin Recruitment Organize and maintain personnel records Update internal databases ( record sick or maternity leave) Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides Revise company policies Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics ( turnover rates) Answer employees queries about HR-related issues Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information ( leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules) Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms Participate in HR projects (. help organize a job fair event) Assists in end-to-end recruitment from posting to on-boarding. Assists in timekeeping and payroll computations Performs statutory benefits payment and reporting Assists in training facilitation Assists in the implementation of company rules and regulations and corresponding sanctions as necessary Assists in the creation of Company Policies and Procedures Manual Performs other administrative reports such as Expense Reports and other reports as assigned by Immediate Head. Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place, such as golf tournaments, fund-raising events and staff appreciation events Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents Uphold a strict level of confidentiality Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and client
