I have over 15 years of customer support experience. I worked in an Ecommerce online store for 4 years processing orders and answering general product inquiries. I also worked in an online furniture store based in the US for 3 years setting up customer accounts and answering questions through chat (Livezilla, Zopim), order entry/ processing (Magento) and email technical support (Zendesk, Freshdesk). I feel I am strongest at providing customers what they need or at least suggesting them the best alternative.
