Skills & Experience I worked as a Data Entry for almost 7 months, our work is filled up the customers application form for auto insurance so we can give them accurate quotes from different insurance providers in the USA. After being Data Entry for the same company, I was promoted as Lead Generator. We do outbound and inbound calls. In outbound, we need to call the clients to verify and get their information so we have the correct details when we give them a insurance quotes. In inbound, we answer all the customers questions regarding car insurance. As of now, I'm still Lead Generator but the process is not like the previous one. We offer different insurance like Health, Home, Life, Medicare Supplement and also Auto. We have qualifying questions to know if the client is qualified or not for the insurance that they need. If their qualified, we will connect them to the insurance agent in USA. I am in search of new and challenging responsibilities in order to keep my path and desire to set up an excellent working relationship to all of the employers
