I have earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree major in Financial Management at Sta. Teresa College achieving good grades. My studies have given me a groundwork of business and sales knowledge, and analytical skills that are crucial for me to thrive in this field.
I have a strong personal interest and I enjoy interacting with customers. I have worked in BPO Industry for 2 years as a Customer Service Representative and Chat support (Health Insurance Account, Sales Account, Telemarketer), at Knowledge Channel as a Community Development staff (Customer Relation), Retail Business Industry and Manufacturing Industry (Customer Service) which required me to work as part of a team and to deal directly with customers. During the 4 years work in a different field, I developed skills in ascertaining and fulfilling customer service needs personally, over the phone or formally through email. Now, I worked as a Guest Experience Manager in Mcdonalds Philippines.
When the situation demanded it, I was always able to take the initiative, hold an intense work ethic, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
