I have a total of more than 2 years of customer service for different BPO companies here in the Philippines, mostly inbound started working remotely about 10 months ago as a Lead generation specialist/Telemarketer for a Chinese manufacturing company for a flexible shift of 2 hours. I also worked as a Process Associate for a Knowledge Processing Outsourcing company, which caters with emails, fax, and sometimes calling creditors to ask for fax numbers to verify account information for our clients, and in rare cases with credit bureaus. I also have more than 5 years of experience for Administrative work with a Korean English Academy, and also had stints with online and man-to-man tutorials with our Korean students. I've demonstrated success in responding to customer's telephone, chat and email queries in an accurate and timely manner. I'm confident that I can surpassed every nook and cranny of what transpired in the life of an agent, be it remote or office based. I'm confident that I can be an asset to any company, with my immense oral and written communication skills, I know I can survive this platform. I am willing to learn, and always wanted to hone my capabilities. Skills will always be best taught if one is determined to learn. I know, I still have limited knowledge with other niche, and I love to explore more to be way better than I am now.
