I worked as a Administrative Assistant/Travel Coordinator/Receptionist/Purchasing for 4 years. I'm a very flexible person it shows to my job descriptions.
As a part of the Admin Team I have to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities at the same time. I prioritize different tasks like purchasing and booking of tickets and come up with a game plan on completing them. I truly enjoy my work because I'm gaining knowledge in different facets of the company and learning about new topics or how to do new things. I enjoy helping others, whether it’s coworkers or customers.
Also, I was tasked with handling of booking for car, hotel and travel ticket of the employees working in Southeast asia and US. I manage everything related to company events and yearly company outing and i am responsible on searching for the best place and negotiating the price for the hotel, tickets and everything needs on the said event.
And, as a part of the purchasing team, I was often praised for my ability to buy the best quality products, goods and services for the company at the most competitive prices at once and was recognized by the CEO for my negotiation skills.
I Also manage the calendars and the travel booking of the CEO since i am directly reporting to him. In this role I had to quickly get used to tasks being handed to me last minute and that were all high priority.
