Summary

I prefer doing jobs with focus and determination. I am still in the works of finishing a degree through my online school program currently a third year undergrad for bachelor in psychology. I am easy to train and accept flaws and as well as professional criticism as believe it works to mold me as a person and it does make us more productive. I have worked with several BPO industry namely SITEL philppines as Customer care and HGS as Consultant for a financial account. My last company is Wellsfargo as a telephone banker but works more of online assistance. We work to maintain the company's website through navigation and information. I used to be a transcriber as well for a small time company ELSA it was project based it lasted for 6 months and currently a Part time English teacher for an Academy at SMART ENGLISH academy in Korea. My goal is to establish work where I can do the job with comfort of home.
