I've done different types of job before, not all was related to call center setting but it was all about giving customer satisfaction and dedication to the task that I am in to. I worked as a Customer Service Representative with a BPO company in the Philippines for ten months with two different accounts. The first one was with the educational account wherein I take inbound calls and responding to emails to assist students from US to register for their classes online. Secondly, was with the Flower account wherein I take inbound calls to process an order in delivering flowers for the customer's love ones internationally. I am a home based freelancer customer service representative for a year now, taking inbound calls, phone follow ups and appointment setting.
I practice work ethics with my previous jobs. I put dedication and my best to each task that will be delegated to me. I figure things out in a possible and positive manner.
