Acting as the point of contact between the Chief Operations Officers (COO) and other Senior Managers and Directors under Operations from clients and other personnel. Consolidate reports from managers and directors and directly submit to COO. Organizing meetings inside and outside the company for the executives and managers. Preparing Daily Forecasts of the Managers and Directors. Assists Managers and Directors in other admin duties. Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current filing system Handling three accounts in payroll as part of assisting in Operations. Regularly submit payroll reports and payslip required by the clients.
