Summary

My name is Tyana Flores and I just earned my Psychology degree from one of the top universities of the Philippines. In my three and a half years of university, I was part of multiple professional organizations while also being part of a university dance company. We were not only expected to perform but also be behind the scenes, learning, handling and processing administrative duties. These duties consisted documentation processing such as permits, waivers, memorandum or agreements, memorandum of understanding, attendance, and daily communication and dissemination with the members.
  I also had a four month HR & Admin internship with one of the leading IT distributors in the country. They taught me a more professional, accessible way of recruiting employees or other possible applicants. For the HR side of the internship I was learned recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, and other communication skills that will ease the atmosphere of the company. I would work on daily administrative duties where organization and time management where held at the utmost importance.

Before and during university, I gained experience in multiple entry-level jobs such as ushering, food service and retail. Bigger companies that I have worked with are Old Navy and Panda Express. I'm very open to learning new skills and discover different ways to accomplish tasks that have been given to me.

Currently, I'm trying to teach myself more skills such as languages (Korean, Spanish) and applications such as Photoshop, Lightroom and Adobe Premiere Pro

I have a resume and a cover letter if you like me to provide them.   I think my strengths in being a freelancer is because of my previous experiences in my work places where I have been commended in all. I'm willing to learn new skills, and meet new people.
