I have worked in different BPO companies here in the Philippines and I am up for a challenge, willing to learn new tasks, and is easy to be trained. Over the last 15 years, I have developed my skills on Customer Service as well as to the tools that we uses in communicating with Clients.
My core competency lies in Data Entry, Customer Service, and Writing Emails. I have also done a lot of Flight Reservations (both Domestic and International flights) using Amadeus, and I know MS Office and MYOB Applications pretty well. I believe I can do the job well as I am focused whenever there's a task given to me, and I make sure that I'll give the required output or even try to exceed the Client's expectation.
