I am an experienced customer service representative, and Rockstar Property Management VA seeking an opportunity to grow, where I can apply and develop my knowledge and skills for continuous improvement, making me an asset to the client.
I am currently working as a Virtual Assistant for a property management company, under Tenant Relations Department. Daily tasks would include responding to tenant's concerns, moving out process for the tenants, keeping track of concerns that needs to be addressed and checked from other departments or concerned parties, provide rental verification for past tenants, and other tasks related.
I have roughly 3 years experience as Customer Service Representative for companies here in Manila, Philippines that handle inbound calls from US customers, and other parts of the world, as well. These experiences in total made my career even more memorable. Getting to deal with diverse people has broaden my understanding and professionalism.
I have excellent skills in the English language, both verbal and written. During my education, I was one of the two in our level to receive an English Proficient rating in our school-wide English Assessment Exam. Also, I have won first place in an inter-school poetry writing contest, received awards in essay writing contests, and a consistent staff with our school publication.
My interests include reading, writing, watching movies, and trying out new restaurants. I also enjoy having some peace and quiet at home, or a weekend family bonding. A balance of good time and some toning down for relaxation.
