My job experience includes outbound sales, customer support, and back-office in a call-center environment. Handled the Fraud Management, Inbound Telesales and Client Delivery Team. Currently leading the Fraud Management Team where my responsibilities are to lower down the chargeback rate, identify and stop fraudulent transactions, continuous coaching with the team for any areas of opportunities and leading them to reach their goal and/or stats, present a bi-monthly meeting with the CEO and Operations Manager regarding fraud patterns and recommendations to create rules in process to avoid such fraudulent transactions in the future, adding fraud patterns to negative list and filtering those rejected transaction which still turns out to be valid to be able to convert them to sales.
