I have 5 years of experience in the fields of Customer service and an expert in handling both inbound and outbound calls as well as email support.

I worked for Haband USA, a catalog-based company for over a year. I was then part of the Sales Team, I do handle product inquiries, pre-selling, and order entry. But later on, I was transferred to the Customer Service Team.

I also worked for Edisons and Mytopia, two of the top sellers on eBay Australia for over 2 years as a Case Manager. As a Case Manager, I ensure that all Defect cases lodged by consumers such as Return, Track, and PayPal Cases are being handled and solved within the given deadline.

I joined two different Telemarketing companies for 2 years. I was a telemarketer providing excellent services to Asia-Pacific based clients. My main task is to generate leads, set an appointment, email management, cold calling, and ad-hoc tasks.

I am fully proficient in basic computer applications. I work with integrity and I have a strong work ethic. I possess the quality of being a hardworking, diligent and quick learner.
