I worked for Haband USA, a catalog-based company for over a year. I was then part of the Sales Team, I do handle product inquiries, pre-selling, and order entry. But later on, I was transferred to the Customer Service Team.
I also worked for Edisons and Mytopia, two of the top sellers on eBay Australia for over 2 years as a Case Manager. As a Case Manager, I ensure that all Defect cases lodged by consumers such as Return, Track, and PayPal Cases are being handled and solved within the given deadline.
