To start, I am an HR and Admin from the Philippines specializing in the field of Payroll and Compensation and Benefits administration.
I ventured my service as an office based worker for 9 years in different corporate industries Poultry Integrator, Power/ Electricity, and Food and Restaurant.
Over the course of my career I am able to develop the mastery of simple to complex data entry, manual (excel) and system based payroll processing wherein great attention to detail is a must, process local government benefits and be a part of company initiated benefits improvement, scheduling and calendar meetings, and performs other admin task to be assigned.
My skills for various task is being efficient in the use MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Photoshop for Photo editing, Writing, understanding of various HRIS and ERP systems and with the use of social media apps.
