I been working in the BPO industry for more than 8 years now. I been to different accounts, companies and different Support. My first 2 years I been with Outbound Sales Support. Then in June 2012, O decided to shift Support to Customer Service, I started working with Sutherland Philippines for 4years. In my first 2 years O was with Microsoft Customer Service but even that time I am already doing troubleshooting since that is part of oir task, than my last two 2 years I was transfer to Microsoft Techinical Support, we used to do multitasking, problem solving, troubleshooting and we also do search for our own resolutions. After working there I transfer to CGI Philippines for 2 years and 8 months, I work there us an IT Helpdesk Analyst. Our responsibility was to provide assistance to the user's or all members of the company with their passwords, account issue, application launching issue, Citrix xenapp/vdi launching issue and we also do troubleshooting and problem solving.
I would say that I am a team player but I can work individual as needed by the Client, I am reliable and resourceful. I am willing to learn new things and fast learner.
